Refunds
KatManDu DOES NOT issue refunds for Gift Cards, Event Tickets, New Years Eve Tickets or any other merchandise purchased online.  We will do an exchange for clothing if the size does not fit or if it is out of stock.  If there is a problem and your order is out of stock, then KatManDu will issue a refund for clothing only.
